I came to psychology the long way round. I already had a master's and a career when my life took itself apart, and the questions that came out of that were bigger than anything I could answer alone. So I went and studied properly, and I'm still studying.
Right now I'm completing my MSc in Psychology, and I'm two years into Jungian base training, which I finish in 2027.

I don't run a protocol. Every process is built with the person in front of me, but it always stands on the same ground.
Jungian analytical psychology. Your symptoms and repetitions aren't faults. They're the psyche saying something it can't say any other way.
Dreamwork. The most direct line to what you already know and can't yet admit.
Systemic constellations. The family dynamics still shaping your choices, made visible.
Embodiment. Insight that stays in your head changes nothing.
Coaching. Turning what you understand into how you actually live.

Insight has never been cheaper. Any chatbot will name your patterns in seconds, and you named most of them yourself years ago. Knowing hasn't changed anything.
What changes things is meeting the parts you've kept out of sight, the anger, the wanting, the ambition, and finding they don't destroy you. That's where your power has been the whole time.

Six years ago I had the career, the plans, and the fear of touching any of it. Then came a pandemic, losses, an unexpected pregnancy, stage IV cancer right after childbirth, and war at home in Ukraine. I'm not offering you what worked for me. I'm telling you I know the ground.
