Psychological Councelling
Congratulations! You finally made them all proud,
now you’re happy, aren’t you?

Jungian-oriented psychological counselling for high-achieving women who have lost their sense of direction.

The women I work with are women who have done everything right.

A great deal rests on your shoulders - mortgages, children, projects. You are a good person, a reliable partner, and a responsible colleague.

You already know how to set boundaries. Perhaps you have already been to therapy, worked with a business coach, or gone on a yoga retreat.

You have found your own style, travelled widely, built a successful career, and created a family - or are at least moving in that direction.

People tend to think very highly of you.

And still, you cannot shake the feeling that the life you are living is not fully your own

  • That it is missing passion, vitality, sexuality and some creative spark.

  • You keep waiting for something to happen so that you can finally be happy, but there is always just one more thing.

  • Social injustice, disrespect, and broken promises affect you deeply, triggering anger that is hard to tame.
You want to be seen for who you are, to be discovered, but you are growing tired of people not recognising your potential or fully seeing your value.

Part of you wants to step into the centre, to be the heart of the party. And then you find yourself hiding under a rock for days, drained by socialising.

And little by little, a kind of disenchantment begins to happen, as you realise that, in fact, you know very little about yourself.

This is often where I meet my clients - on the verge of inner transition, at the threshold of encountering their true Self, beyond conditioning, beyond inherited expectations, and beyond the fears that have kept them small.

How do I know if I am going through an inner transition?
In most cases, the signs are already showing up - you just have not learned to read them yet:
  • Dissatisfaction
You have everything you once dreamed of - travel, experiences, possessions, achievements.

And yet the feeling keeps returning that none of it is quite enough, and you find yourself on a late-night online shopping spree that offers momentary relief but very little real pleasure.
  • Procrastination &
    self-sabotage
You do not fully understand why, but you keep failing to do what feels so clearly right, postponing important decisions until circumstances make them for you or the opportunity is lost, and left if regret.
  • Your health is failing
The symptoms often do not form a clear clinical picture.

They may appear as sudden drops in energy, recurring colds, a sense that the body is constantly shutting down, and a growing fragmentation of your attention.
  • Nightmares
You may not really think that dreams matter (and they matter greatly), but you are haunted by nightmares or recurring dreams.

And sometimes the dreams stop coming altogether, and you find yourself cut off from that creative source for years.
  • No more taste for professional achievement
Perhaps you have lost your taste for career altogether. The higher pay cheque, the raise, the promotion - none of it brings satisfaction for long.

You keep showing up to work out of obligation, financial responsibility, and a sense of duty, but inside you feel nothing.

No real devotion to what you do. This may be the point at which you begin to recognise burnout.

Who am I
Alisa Humblot
Certified psychological counsellor working at the intersection of depth psychology, dream analysis, modern ritual and embodiment practices.

Six years ago, I was building a fast-paced career in a tech startup and, on the surface, seemed to be living my best life.

But inside, I was deeply unhappy, unfulfilled, and paralysed by the fear of changing anything.

Then life began to dismantle me, piece by piece: the pandemic, personal losses, an unexpected pregnancy, a stage IV cancer diagnosis immediately after childbirth, and then the war in Ukraine, my home country.

Each of these experiences stripped something away and brought me back to the most essential question:

who am I, really?

In search of my own answers, I explored different psychological modalities, including Jungian psychology, which later became my calling.

Along the way, I gathered the methods that truly work - methods that help you return to yourself and make the words “love yourself” something real.
What can you expect from our work together?
Everyone comes to therapy with their own unique needs, but there are certain changes that often begin to emerge quite early in our work together:
  • Breaking The Patterns
You stop repeating the same painful dynamics and begin responding to life with more choice, clarity, and self-trust.
  • Taking Up Space
You stop shrinking yourself to make others comfortable and begin showing up with more presence, confidence, and weight.
  • A Deep “You Do Not Get to Treat Me This Way”
You develop the kind of self-respect that changes what you allow, what you tolerate, and how others are able to meet you.
  • The Birth of Will
You begin to feel your own desire, direction, and life force again - and with it, the strength to act on what matters.
  • A Clearer Sense of Purpose
You gain a stronger sense of where you are going, what is truly yours to build, and what no longer deserves your energy.
  • Presence in Your Body
You feel more here, more alive, and more able to move through your life without numbness, disconnection, or constant inner absence.
Methods I Use
My therapeutic process is less about following a fixed protocol and more of a co-creation, but it always rests on a clear foundation:
  • Jungian Analytical Psychology
Jungian analysis goes beyond surface problems to uncover the deeper psychic forces shaping your life. It understands crisis, symptoms, and repetition as meaningful signs of inner transformation.
  • Dreamwork
Dreamwork is one of the most direct ways to hear the unconscious. It reveals hidden conflicts, emerging potentials, and inner truths that are often missed in waking life.
  • Systemic Constellations
Systemic constellations reveal the hidden family and relational dynamics shaping your choices, reactions, and sense of possibility. They make visible what cannot be grasped by logic alone, but continues to organise life from beneath the surface.
  • Embodiment Practices
Embodiment restores contact with the body as a source of truth, helping you notice what the mind has learned to suppress, rationalise, or bypass. It allows insight to become something felt, lived, and integrated.
  • Coaching
Coaching helps translate self-understanding into concrete decisions and real-life change. It supports focus, direction, and the ability to move forward with intention.

Chemistry Call
A free consultation where we get a sense of whether there is therapeutic chemistry between us.

Even in this short time, we can often begin to see what may be at the root of your distress, where the real point of entry lies, and what a meaningful beginning to our work could look like.

A Short-Term Focus
This is a five-session package in which we explore your concern in depth and shape the work around one specific theme.

In many cases, this is enough to move out of a deadlock, gather yourself again, and make meaningful progress with an important issue.

This format is particularly well suited to those who have worked with me before and are returning for a shorter period of focused work.

Long-Term Alliance
This long-term format is for those who sense that what is calling for attention is not one isolated concern, but the deeper patterns and inner structures shaping the whole of life.

It is a space for profound inner reorganisation - rethinking who you are, rebuilding your foundations, and growing into a new centre of self.

I usually offer this format after short-term work, once therapeutic contact has formed.

Closure Session
The final paid session is devoted to consciously closing the process and the therapeutic relationship.

It is a moment to integrate what has changed and practise ending with awareness, rather than abandonment.

It is an essential part of the journey and perhaps the most important session of all.
